The section 3 speech from Georgetown Law's May 2007 graduation by Mark Nabong. The first 30 seconds are cut off, but that's ok because there was nothing really funny in that time. Actually, you could make the argument that there was nothing really funny in the whole speech, and that the laughter was just relief that it wasn't the Nina Tottenberg speech all over again.
