I thought it would be fun to make another $1000 challenge to hoax nuts. Let's see if they can prove that the non-parallel shadows in Apollo photos were caused by multiple lights.

Here's the link to awe130's second attempt: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3gzyEszuHQ
He took the first one down because it was SUCH an embarrassment. This one is, too.

  • I think it would be hard as shit to make that surface. You would have to know math and be a master at it.

  • @krapptacular There's really only one shadow which is affected significantly by the surface. All the others are just receding in perspective.

  • lol you sound like a grumpy old man who just ran out of Viagra, hahahaha boner free astronaut wanna be old loser. i think its nuts to trust the american government on anything, considering their consistently deceitful behavior. your whole country is one big stinking lie. eat feces.

  • @MrToiletface Do you believe that World War II happened? If so, is that because you trust everything you hear from the US government?

    Apollo is a historical fact. One does not need the say-so of the US government in order to know that. It is absurd to accuse someone of blindly trusting anything the government says just because they reject some foolish conspiracy theory.

  • Astrobant2, i liked the idea to offer 1000$ who wants to challenge you.

    I always laugh my head off, everytime i read these premature and primitive comments under your videos. Not that im against kids posting comments, but really you dont have to read all that garbage. Even my 7th grade class can articulate better than that, i swear

  • The shadow conspiracy is the most ridiculous one. I just did an experiment with one light source and two objects (cell and USB) on the table, first with the both objects sloping 45° to left, and then changed the angle of one object by 90° to the right. And guess what?! The shadow suddenly "changed angle". It didn't, the object did. One lightsource - one shadow, two sources - two shadows.

    @deadfish30

    If you have something interesting to do in life, you don't have to resort to fiction to make it more interesting.

    Sadly, various conspiracy theories is what some people need.

  • @Astrobrant2 life's a mystery ain't it.
