How did the world not know about Susan all these years?

Totally gifted, simple as that, her voice is a gift. A gift God gave her, and now us.

Bad arrangement—her vibrato is too much. It's really dumb to play the piece too close to Flack's version...invites comparisons to perfection. Boyle is turned into a singing machine by her handlers and not an artist with her own path. The solo part where Flack wails is just left as a void; it's turned into a generic cover suitable for an elevator.
