My '96 Jetta with my newly installed Neuspeed Cold Air Intake (And Magnaflow Catback)-- Listen for the "sip" of air it takes when I rev.

hey 3njoi it, i did the same set up with my golf and i think you should re-connect the sensor. yes it will work without it, but for accurate air to fuel mix ratio, it is a good idea to have it connected. Try a (2 1/4) cat back exhaust in combination with your intake and you will feel an even bigger difference.

@Biology005 where do you place the maf sensor on the system because im pretty sure you may have to run a shorter tube to your upper intake manifold.

@3njoi1t hey i want to get one of these for my 97 jetta trek. what did you do with the mass air flow sensor that was on the stock airbox. i think thats my biggest concern. thanks
