I'm pretty sure american flag only does 2 steps on the countermarch. She is turning on every 2nd right foot. It should be on the first.

@cjboykin4 My fellow CG commander, very observant. even our instructor didn't notice it until I pointed it out to him. and yes, they did a fantastic job

Dear Senior Chief Korin,
You are at Leadership Academy right now doing your thang... but for future reference I would like to advise the following color guard critique:
1.) KISS THE MOTHERFUCKIN POLE. Pull that shit in.
2.) Pull your holster up and tighten your belt so you get it in everytime.
3.) Stop fidgeting.
