THE BIG JOE POLKA SHOW ant got nothing on the old Welk... In the 70's on Sunday night was to choose between two shows- Welk or Disney... At 10 I always voted for Disney, Dad wanted Welk. With 5 voting to watch Walt Disney shows, Lawrence Welk was never on. I think I made the correct call...

It's obvious Lawrence Welk's ability to spot talent didn't stop with his Champagne Ladies, his band was hard to equal. This arraignment was fantastic. thanks 4 posting :-)
