@emilytodd28 Your dog drags her ass on the floor/ground because her anal glands are full. When they are full, they become itchy and annoying. If you can't empty them yourself, I would recommend you to visit a vet because it's really uncomfortable for a dog to have full anal glands.

HAH!..great video. Amazing how they can keep their balance, but then again I compare them to sand bags.
My basset does the same thing. She learned it on her own, just sat up like that one day and realized they got a lot of attention from it so now she does it all the time. It's under Basset Hound wants a hug.
