Slow Fade is one of the best songs Casting Crowns ever produced. It's very appropriate for the lukewarm church that's been taught they aren't responsible for their deeds, and reproves the false idea that one can't lose what God gives. We will pay the price for our deeds eventually if we don't keep ourselves in the love of God and stay separate from this world's lusts.

I think that I might do a special worship for this in my church using all the youth and maybe some children. I just have to talk to my youth group leaders.

I like this song, even as an Atheist. It's not preachy or totally throwing god into the face of the listener. Up until the last lines had I not already known Casting Crowns was a religious band and that this was a religious song, I probably wouldn't have guessed. Feel free to disagree but it doesn't specify what the song is about so it could be about nearly any organization or idea. Anyways, disagree or not, it's a good song.

I feel like this is happening to me D: Like, when i was a little younger i was such a good believer! I loved going to church, this type of music was the only music i listened to, I would pray about everything! I would love to read my bible

But now, I just..I stopped listening to this music because i felt like it, I stopped reading my bible because i had the internet, I stopped praying about everything and i now rarely pray, I wanted to become Atheist,
