@DanZero77 - I wonder if Image West was responsible for "The 4 O'Clock Movie" opening as used from c.1977-78 to '84 (except for their 1982-83 run at 4:30).

That music I heard in these logos also appeared as music for this particular show opening on a Dolphin Productions demo reel at the 2:20 mark watch?v=Yu5vTEX4LN4#t=2m20 it is slightly faster in tempo
I know Image West handled the CGI for WOR's logos though.

Nice- I remember this from around 2/83. I used to have it on tape (as a sign-on version) and this year did a repro of it from memory, after the tape was long gone..
Its an interesting mix of back-lit line-art animation and an airbrushed 2d logo, in registration.
