hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate lost a ton of weight with it.

This is a very good video!! Thanks, it is the best I have heard about calorie deficit breakdown and stuff! I never really knew why 1-2 lbs a week was best, but this video helped explain that to me!

Hey, great vid. I'm starting to get in shape by running a mile a day and changing my eating habits. One of the main things I eat are oranges when I need a little snack but I didn't see it on Michi's Ladder. Are oranges as healthy as I assumed or am I wrong about that?

Oranges are a great way to get quick carb's and energy. Though with anything, to much is not a good thing. Oranges are loaded with natural sugars which in small amounts will not be that big a deal. But if you eat 10 oranges a day, that's a lot of sugar :)
