People who haven't served or haven't been in war, who don't know what it means to be shot at or think war is awesome should sign up for the marines and see how "awesome" it is Knowing you could die any moment, how awesome it is that you could step on a mine, or get blown up by a grenade, or get cought by the enemy who will most likely torcher you ... And all that could happen in one day, now imagine how awesome it is to be there for a year .... I lost friends over there ... Anyone can make joke

@ThaRealHipHop2008 Well this happens when the enemy is fighting using guerrilla tactics. Since they blend in with normal civilization, it's kind of hard picking out the enemy. Its war after all and yea it's messed up that innocents get caught in the middle but that's war. If your over there your very nervous and you can't trust nobody since the guy herding the sheep can be a suicide bomber, you just don't know. Stuff like that happens due to wrong information. I do not respect the soldiers at all. There ignorance to the situation is going to make your situation miserable in the future... blowback is gaining tremendous momentum evrey month, evreytime time a parent has to pick his son up in pieces because of "collataral damage"... these people are not animals...

@ThaRealHipHop2008 Yea i agree, too many innocents are dying over there and for what? Us being over there is just adding more fuel to the fire. More and more Muslims are joining together, we aren't dismantling them, we are actually making them stronger. But you can't blame the troops because all they do is follow orders. Blame the politicians who LOVE war because it makes them rich.

I'm assuming you're probably either Canadian or British then. Either way, your nation has had troops fighting in the Middle East too. Would it be fair to say I hoped your troops get shipped back in a box? They didn't choose to fight a war. Neither did American soldiers. They were just told to- and they have to do their jobs.

Soldiers follow orders that are given to them- they don't make the policies behind them. I don't support any American intervention in the Middle East at all, but I still wish the best to those who are there anyways.

State your opinions to those who start the war- not the ones who fight it. They already have their own share of worries without coming home to a nation full of ingrates.
