The relationship between Big Boss and The Boss is the perfect example of for the relationship between Master and Apprentice Big Boss is my most favorite I LOVE HIM MORE THAN SOLID SNAKE (especially old snake) his story is the most thrilling and full of mystery Solid snake's story i sad but awesome. Man..If i could be any video game character in the world right now i would be Big Boss!

@SRB3445 Yea, Big Boss is the main character of the series overall. Every story revolves around him, making him a favorite amongst many metal gear fans. I, personally, don't have a favorite character. I believe that all the characters make the metal gear series as good as it is. However, if I did have to choose one character, I would choose Liquid Ocelot. Reason being their loyalty to the patriots to the end. He wished to fulfill Big Bosses orders, even through many trials and tribulations.

@Chrismonchan i know solid snake and the boss are heroes to!! but for me big boss will always be my favorite character of all games and hero to me!! he try to free the world from the patriots and from the evil of zero, i know at same time he made some bad things in is life, but it was to achieve its goal, it had to do it!!
For me big boss is a true hero and my favorite character from the series!!
