Two Hundred Years ago The United States of America was founded by brave Patriots i.e. "Vanguards" who gave their life defending our freedom during the Revolutionary War.
Like our founders, TNAG speaks truth to power and demanded accountability! Personally, I have witnessed the same kind of brave men (Americas Treasure) making the ultimate sacrifice while defending our Constitution for over a decade serving our Country.
Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion were the cornerstones that established our Constitution, which provides all its citizens equal protection under the law (Right to Exist, Right to Know) and the right to liberty, justice and the pursuit of happiness.
CDC's disingenuous assertions, as to the use of religion had been part of the agencies documentation building campaign, designed pigeonhole me and others as a outcast or misfit, while masking their habitual abuse of power, double dipping scam, wasteful spending, false overtime claims, illegal termination of employees that opposed and questioned their unethical behavior via prohibited personnel practices.
Notwithstanding, when a person is working in a hostile environment as perplexing as what CDC subjected us too, clinging to ones religion, rather than their guns was a good place to seek refuge, especially when every moment of your day was filled with managerial hostility, intentionally created to break your will and damper your spirit.
Now, if Robinsons performance was unacceptable, what is acceptable to the CDC? Apparently, embezzlement, fraud, waste, abuse of power, double dipping, money laundering, quasi governments and fraud by contractors
These same fraudulent and dishonest behaviors are listed under U.S. Constitutional Law (18 U.S.C. 666)... How appropriate! This "Wag the Dog" approach by CDC may have worked for an Activist Judges that had political favor to repay, but it won't work on those Vanguards of our Constitution that don't subscribe to a administration that had a favor (political ideology) to ca$h in.
Robinson religious beliefs had nothing to do with his work performance, which had been deemed unacceptable by the same (former and current) CDC employees currently under federal investigation by our government.
The standards identified in CDC's official (illegal) discharge letter i.e. "The Three Critical Elements" (1) "Case Management (2) Field Investigation (3) Ad Hoc Comities, that seemly justified CDC authority to terminate Robinson, has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with RELIGION!
Robinsons superior performance is substantiated by CDC! The NCHSTPs own Disease Control and Prevention Matrix i.e. The Contact and Cluster Index, which is used to measure the effectiveness of a given programs Disease Control and Preparedness individually and pro- grammatically.
In Philadelphia, Robinson's Contact Index was 3.0 and his Cluster Index was 3.5 vs. the National Contact Index .5 and Cluster Index .00. Simply put, for every one person the average DIS brings to treatment, Robinson would bring in 6 persons every two, Robinson brings in 12 etc. etc. For every Cluster the average DIS would bring to treatment, Robinson would bring in 8 persons every two, Robinson brings in 16 etc. etc.
Now, if Robinson's performance was unacceptable, what is acceptable to the CDC? Apparently, embezzlement, fraud, waste, abuse of power, double dipping, money laundering, quasi governments and fraud by contractors....
This is almost funny... Think about it, the dedicated professionals that prevented harm from coming to Tax Payers are gone, while the criminals that created the conditions for sustained disease transmission (for the sole purpose of stealing your Tax Dollars) and placing the Tax Paying Public at risk ( while being defended by our justice system), remain in place to continue their criminal ways... Message to the COWARDS at CDC "The death Babies and destruction of Human Life is no laughing matter" STOP YOUR LIES!
This is a real "Travesty" of American JUSTICE!

For the first time in history more people are living in Cities than ever before. Soon, our Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will suffer if 1400 person(s) in urban Cities across America (1.4 Billion x ?) are needlessly exposed to HIV / AIDS, as a result of the CDCs failed Disease Control and "prevention" Policies These failures will drain all resources necessary for the successful implementation of Universal Health Care going forward.]

[The CDC estimates the cost of caring for a person newly diagnosed with HIV is 1 Million $ a person up to the time of death. Think about that for a moment So, if every year the CDC estimates there will be 1400 Philadelphians newly diagnosed with HIV, this will cost American Tax Payers 1.4 Billion Dollars! Where is the "PREVENTION" in CDC? Hell yes we can do better, as we hold those responsible for the preventable Deaths and Destruction (Quality of Life), accountable for their failures!

The only credible statistic that measures the effectiveness of a (Philadelphias) Disease Control Preparedness Program is the Contact Index and Cluster Index. This Disease Control matrix is used to calibrate the success of programmatic and individual prevention efforts, which ensures the reduction and prevention of Infectious Syphilis and HIV/AIDS and ultimately save lives!

Can you say practice and patterns? In 2003 Gerberding signed off on the Mebane EEO wrongful termination settlement . Gerberding had full knowledge of CDC discrimination in Philly!
