Kung Fu Chi is my personal style of martial arts that I developed by combining a variety of popular forms and styles passed on throughout the ages. Kung Fu Chi blends the power and strength moves of Kung Fu, with the balance and concentration used in Tai Chi. These physical exercises often involve mimicking animals, while incorporating training methods inspired by Chinese philosophies, religion and legends.
Kung Fu Chi develops you internally through by improving your heart, spirit, mind, breathing and strength. Externally, Kung Fu Chi develops your hand-eye coordination, muscular control, and overall balance. Kung Fu Chi is an also effective form of meditation, which develops your mental clarity, sense of well being, and inner peace.
