  • Thank you for the videos! My wife made my get your book when she saw it in a running magazine. I've suffered from mid/lower back pain for years. I'm just now getting into the exercises in the book and these videos are very helpful. At the point in the exercise where your hands are forward on the ground I'm feeling the most strain/stretch behind my upper legs (hamstrings I guess?). Is this correct?

  • @OneShotGadget SOunds about right. As long as the knees are bent and the hips are pulling back far enough to be behind the heels you are all good. If done properly the legs should be trembling while in this position. To make it better try to VERY SLOWLY roll the foot from side to side, middle arch to outer arch. This should get the stretch to move throughout all of the hamstrings. Hope this helps!

  • Thank you so much for putting these videos online. I bought the book on a recommendation of a friend. Seeing the video's helps assure me I am doing the exercises correctly! God Bless!

  • Thank you for social media. I was doing this completely wrong. I've read an article in Details about 30 days to a stronger back. I have back pains and I am going to try this out. I hope you'll make videos of all the workouts mention in the article.
