I tend to believe they were Lace Sensor Golds... since I read that Warren used a Clapton model with those pickups in the early 90's or late 80's... a shame the red one got stolen!

they were covered pickups. Possibly noisless. It was a great sounding strat, but sadly, I believe it was stolen. =/

A doubt,I remember Warren playing a red strat with matching headstock in some concerts (more notably with the ABB in the early 90s). Do you know what pickups he had in that guitar? Thanks!

Ha ha!!! I taught him everything he knows. But I'm sure he doesn't remember any of it. Good thing because I've blown more speakers in my life than I'd like to admit. Truth is, your dad taught me everything I know...I was just paying it forward.
