This is the first time I have seen this caliber. I was wondering first if any guns on the market now that are reliable shoot this caliber and does this ammo sell on the market or does it have to be reloaded? Either way where can I buy the equipment/ammo for this caliber? Thanks!

Glock makes a couple of very good 10mm pistols. Very reliable. Also, the Smith & Wesson can be found on the used market. Ammo can be bought from Buffalo Bore, Double Tap, Hornady, CCI, and a couple of others. Excellent cartridge.

@shrump87 haha sorry I just hear about skyrim too much thats all. I'm actually an engineer so I think you can see why I don't want to see it anywhere anymore. Its pretty much like the words "justin beiber" to me now

And btw, I do recommend the g20 if you're interested - I would suggest the 20C though - recoils much less...

But as far as 10mm's go, I give my nod to the 1006. S&W made a great gun, kinda heavy but tames the cartridge quite nicely. Might be getting the g20, i like how you can switch to 40 S&W by just changing the upper and spring

I am a 10mm only pistol man! I'll give you more tricks! Change the recoil spring on all your Glock's to 21lbs or 23 lbs recoil spring add an extended wolf barrel 6 inch and you will be ready for all game! I use dubble tap 185 grain hollow point and 225 ball points! Even polar bears have no chance! A true mans gun under the 44 desert eagle!

@fishblade2 Sonny Crockett from Miami Vice in the early 80s kinda gave the 10mm a kick start. Something like Burt Reynolds did the Trans Am. Ammo for the 10mm is a lot higher than 9mm or 45acp. But it is a bad ass cartridge!
