So this was my answer for Spirited Saturdays with WeRFreEDomFighers! to a topic about reasons for staying in recovery.
Its a CBT exercise...watching and being mindful of your internal dialogue and correspondingly the beliefs they contribute too...so yeah you watching about 5 yrs worth of thoughts...the later ones being ones I've only truly started to consider in the past few months...
Yeah if I just woulda done a talking response I woulda gone one forever =P

Great video! I'm starting my recovery from EDs very soon. This video made me feel stronger and gave me courage to face up all the things are coming. Thank you very much

I'm pretty sure you're already in recovery if you've decided you're done with the ed thing...that's the hardest part...deciding that yeah you do want to take a chance. CONGRATS SO MUCH FOR GETTING THERE!!!!!
Likewise with the recovery thing...anything in pursuit of your happiness, goals, inner peace etc I am ALL on board for helping you accomplish
