Down just about another pound. Still sticking to weight lifting and running :)

  • just some advice, cheat days are great for you! only one a week though, the reason for this is it boosts your metabolism greatly and is efficient throughout the week, so no worries, one cheat day is just fine

  • awesome! all I have are girls signed up... I wasn't aiming for just chicks lol.

    Oh and the min is 500 (calories burned a day) but if thats too easy for you or something you can bump it up but let us know ur personal min calories burned a day :] Im so excited! lol

  • A pound is still good!! Good job with the running and weightlifting!! Yay for perfect health!! I love getting my teeth cleaned.. My moms a dental assistant and thanks to her its like the first I notice on people and one of the things I take much pride in! <3
