Umm yea there's been commercials and ads all over the city saying it and it was even on the news. If you didn't hear about it then oh well but they made it public. And why would anyone get offended, it's SEX..i mean really I don't get how anyone could possibly be offended by that, that's immature

If you knew anything, you'd know it's called the NYC CONDOM and it's a Health Department program to give out free condoms to reduce the spread of STDs

Wow. Well if you dont know anyone who gets offended by sex, you've just met one. And, wow, im immature? Ok, we'll leave it at that because i know im not. Anyways, its not like im saying...Hey Everyone! Stop Having Sex! Im saying, that its not apprporiate to hand those out in public. And yes, even though there were ads displaying that, that doesnt make it right. Sex isnt something that should be taken lightly. Its not some little fun joy ride, you have to be appropriate with these things.
