If you knew anything, you'd know it's called the NYC CONDOM and it's a Health Department program to give out free condoms to reduce the spread of STDs

Wow, thanks, i so didnt know that! Look, Jerk Off, of course i know what Condoms are for. Of course they're there for protection, i see no problem. But why would you go and hand them out in public? And if someone gets offended? (Yes, people actually do get offended by things like that...) Im sure this creative city we're in could think of another way to circulate this product...

Umm yea there's been commercials and ads all over the city saying it and it was even on the news. If you didn't hear about it then oh well but they made it public. And why would anyone get offended, it's SEX..i mean really I don't get how anyone could possibly be offended by that, that's immature

And yes, even though there were ads displaying that, that doesnt make it right. Sex isnt something that should be taken lightly.
