I'm still working out. I've just gotten into some other things and been practicing them off camera. But, I still keep in kettlebell shape. I like this complex, Stone and Jerk.

I was just looking at Valery's swing workout. Now with primitive stone lifting he's displaying the basis behind classical movements like swing, clean, snatch. Please don't say "high pull". Do this and discover.

Great Workout Coach!
I do a similiar workout -just not with weight as heavy.
I have a 100-lb cement block I made paired with (2) 24kg Jerks ...Good Stuff!
