  • @datzfast My bad i see what your saying sorry about that.

  • @datzfast retard.

  • what is the 1st and the 2nd plane in the video?

  • I SAW NO BIRD......... (

  • @datzfast Airplanes and rifles are NOT the same thing, neither are bailing out and ejecting. The pilot of the Corsair 'bailed out' - opened the canopy and climbed out. "EJECTION" requires the use of an "ejection seat" which cannot be mounted in this plane.

  • @datzfast The airframe of the Corsair is NOT ABLE to fitted with an ejection seat. 1. "Bail out" procedure is gain altitude if necessary, slide canopy open, climb out. High altitude is NOT necessary with an ejection seat because ejection seats have a solid rocket motor, ejection can and has happened ON THE GROUND 2. NO EJECTION SEAT ROCKET BLAST IS SEEN IN THIS VIDEO-there is no ejection seat. Ejection seats would make it out of balance-violating airworthyness, thus illegal and unsafe to fly.

  • @Dr MotorDude if you can manually eject a cartridge from a rifle you can manual eject from an aircraft. you cant have it any different.

  • @fabiex1986 Airplanes are not race cars. First, the airframe MUST be able to tolerate the refit, it's still must meet weight and balance limits. Even if you can physically change the plane the FAA and/or the Canadian CAB can say, "No" based on the issue of what's called an "Airworthyness Certificate" and/or "Airworthyness Directive" (both a little bit different.) BIGGEST CLUE = NO ejection rocket blast shown in video....the narration script had a mistake.

  • @DrMotorDude

That was not simply a Corsair, it was a higly modified racer Corsair, and i've seen the video before, i think, but not sure, that the plane was fitted with an ejection seat...

  • @AliLouisTyson Negative. The correct term is 'egress' or 'bail out.' There are no WWII era "vintage" aircraft approved for flight with ejection seats, hence there are no WWII era aircraft WITH ejection seats.
