It has nothing to do with HAARP.
The grid pattern is caused by the data co-ordinates only having 2 decimal points.
Likely the data for the locations comes from EMSC.
Same thing happened with EMSC's plots of the Turkey aftershocks.
Most Earthquake Monitoring Networks use 4 decimal points for more accuracy.

some one posted a similar video in regards to Turkey. Many EQ's all in a line. HAARP has to be shut down.
