  • mmm burnt frozen pizza.......

  • About four years ago, I completely flipped my eating habits, cut out dairy/wheat/preservatives/etc. I've been called a flexitarian, basically mainly vegetarian diet, but I do eat meat on occasion.

I also started doing yoga, walking more, and using a treadmill.

I lost 100 pounds in less than a year. And kept it off since. All about lifestyle changes.

I'm still not where I could be with my weight, I just lost 10 pounds without trying. Still about 30 to go. But if I can do it, she can too!

  • and one.....doughnut. haha.

  • I am by no means the weight of these participants, but I am not by definition a "thin" person. Although most people wouldn't call me fat, no one would call me thin. Yet I work out, do kickboxing, I run four days a week, hike, do weight training, pilates and yoga. I am also a vegan, eat almost no grains, I eat almost completely raw fruits and vegetables with some legumes, occasional unsweetened coconut milk etc. The assumption that thin=healthy rubs me the wrong way.

  • @ByeByeBelly Yay! A smart person! .... I am also doing a Nutrition/Kinesiology double major, that woman should not be in the healthcare industry

  • @jadiejade92 I totally agree, British documentaries are always well produced and informative.

  • Holistic nutritionist, eh? Well shes rude, categorises everyone, talks about BMI, says she should be 10 stone, makes the comment "well if you ate vegetables you wouldn't be that weight".. Im doing a degree in nutrition at a natural medicine college and thats the opposite of how Ive been taught to interact with people. I'm overweight and eat loads of vegetables and healthy food, my portions are just too big. shes ignorant.

  • The daughter has a way worse body shape than the mum.. the mum has a very small waist in comparison

  • Look on the back of packets people! Yeast extract = MSG. It's even in a lot of vegetarian food! I was consuming it unknowingly for a while.

  • At least she drinks water lol
