Kimchi Spam Musubi

Today I am going to show you how to make Spam Musubi with a twist. I will be using Kimchi Fried Rice instead of the plain white steamed rice. You can serve this for lunch or dinner. I especially like this recipe because it doesn't require a lot of ingredients & is extremely easy to prepare.

Kimchi
Steamed Rice
Nori strips

Hey, is that regular white rice or sushi rice? I've read that you shouldn't use regular white rice to make spam musubi.
