ALF's are great trucks. The only problem is the transmissions make the trucks painfully doggy as hell until they get up to full operating temp. This video is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.

Dude, Antime you are in an open cab you're gpoing to get wind noise. It takes special eqhipment to eliminate it and a windscreen over your mike to just reduce it. First thing, DO NOT place your cam outside with out adequate windscreen. You see what you got. Keep it inside if at all possible. I use a Drift 170 HD on my ATV and it does a really good job filtering out wind noise. Though expensive, you get what you pay for. Great effort though. Keep trying!!
