Ok, At the beginning of Pikmin 1 the pikmin were on the verge of extinction, Olimar came along. Olimar helped the pikmin by teaching them the ways of fighting, farming, and very useful skills, at the bad end of pikmin 1, the pikmin saved him from death by making him a pikmin so he could live, the good ending show him headed home in his rocket, and the pikmin waving goodbye, and then the pikmin attacked a bulbord without olimar! So olimar was a hero, not a villan!

I know this video is a joke, but still, pikmin would never fight back! They took care of olimar! sure he made them work, but the pikmin were doing there job! They cared for olimar and wanted him to servive! Then in the second game when they were looking for treasure, the pikmin wanted him to keep his company! If they didint, they would never see olimar again!

day 0 olimar is getting ready for a vacation and the pikmin are creating the onion. each onion is to fly to locations and put into sleep mode until someone worthy enough comes to be their leader. Olimar is flying through hyperspace eventully put into auto pilot. the bulborbs find the pikmin and start hunting them. 4 pikmin escape but 3 of them get eaten. The last pikmin runs to the red onion. Olimar comes out of hyperspace and then gets hit by a meteor.

Here is the timeline i created and it is out of info i know.

Years from now all life will become extinct. Fungus,Tadpoles, and Bugs are all that are left. The fungus evolves into Pikmin,Bulborbs,Breadbugs ect...

The Pikmin have not yet devoled skills of any type but the bulborbs found out how to hunt. the bulborbs start hunting the pikmin until Day 0.

correction: olimar TAUGHT the pikmin to defend themselves so they dont get eaten every 2 seconds.

Hmm... I think pikmin 3 would be good for Olimar to do something very useful for the pikmin. Maybe the onions ran out of energy and olimar had to help them find things to run the unions. Maybe the climate made major changes and Olimar had to take pikmin to a safer place. Maybe a massive boss came and killed most pikmin and Olimar had to fight it with them......
