I'm not claiming that American is the greatest service between DFW and LHR. In fact, British Airways is always my airline of choice, what I am saying however is that the US carriers aren't as bad as people say.

American isn't the greatest on service from DFW to LHR! Especially if you are not in Business or First Class!!

obviously you don't fly American, Continental or Delta, because quite frankley they all have very good services as well. I really don't understand why people such as yourself bash the american carriers, because they don't offer any services different than the european carriers

Rated ya 4 star. I'm flying with american for the first time from heathrow in may. Are they any good? Only ever flown with virgin to the USA.

i love flying. the first 3 hours were awesome, but once we hit the Atlantic i just tooled around w/ the IFE. actually this flight was were I discovered my love for "The Office" (American Version) lol. but yeah it's not bad at all. the hussle and bussle of commercial aviation keeps you on your toes.

How were the Flight Attendants? Any Male? Are they all young or old boring people? The voice sounds young at the end of the video. Safety Video or Demonstration? How was the meal(s)?

i dont think there were any males, they were in their 20-40's. The meals were not bad at all. Defintley enough to get u through 8 hours of flying. But this was early 2007, probably not the same now.

I cant remember the number, but it was either the third of fourth row from the back of the plane. It wasn't bad at all, and the rest rooms were close.
