but thats one of the things that makes him better
he's confident in his ability, so he doesn't need to shred straight or 3 minutes to make a song sound good
thats one of the things i don't like about most guitarists nowadays, everyone always just tries to play as fast as they possibly can
of all the modern guitar gods, Satch is definitely the best, and i would say a close second would be john petrucci
