Available at www.callanetics-dvds.com. The Callanetics Mini Workouts DVD 2 has 5 chapters, each 10 to 15 minutes in length. There are routines for your arms, abdominals, legs & butt. You can do one routine or all of them. If you have a part of your body that needs extra work, you can do that routine more frequently. The last chapter is a stretching routine - great for those days when you need to do something but don't feel like doing anything!!
