Dr. Wright demonstrates changes in the club face angle before and after a 3 minute core balancing exercise that will change your game. Ninety-eight percent of the population has core tension causing a rotation of the hips on the tension side. Dr. Wright and one of his tour players, Justin Itzen, take you through a simple back exercise that will change both your golf game and your back health. This exercise was part of a biomechanics lab study with Dr. Frank Jobe, Dr. Robert Watkins and Dr. Michael Mellman during a 3 year golf study. This study was published in the Annual Review of Golf Coaching, a Journal out of England.
