The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is a non-profit founded by Amanda Arrington in Durham, North Carolina in 2007. The Coalition has expanded into Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, NC and Richmond, VA. In less than three years, volunteers of this organization have freed over 400 dogs from their chains by building free fences. In all my comments, I haven't stopped to thank Amanda Arrington for founding Coalition for Un-Chained Dogs. Props to you, Amanda. What a great thing you have done for so many canines and humans. Just one good idea, a baby bud, blossoms into an entire field of blooming flowers of joy. :-)
Bless you, family of Roxy and Biggie, for doing the right thing by having them fixed and fenced, instead of churning out babies and chained.

They do fix the dogs...that is part of the program. All the dogs have to be spayed or nuetered to have a fence put up!

Yes, thankfully, Roxy can no longer have puppies and Biggie is retired from his contributions to pet overpopulation as well!
