The media referred to this as a swamp, but in these pictures, it looks very tranquil,very tropical,not swampy at all.Maybe in Casey's mind, this was a peaceful resting place? She spent many hours there as a teen,so it may have held 'good' memories for her.Just trying to get inside her mind here.

Even though most of the world believes Casey killed Caylee, if we are to respect our judicial system, then we have to accept their verdict, like it or hate it! I hate it,and wish that they could find a way to at least bring some kind of charges against her , but don't see that happening, so we have to move on and allow her to do the same.Sad,but that's our system of justice.Scott Peterson sits on death row with less evidence against him than Casey had.Where is the outcry for that?

Events are that Casey murdered Caylee,went partying while her daughter was missing as if nothing happened and told lies when questioned...Typically murderer actions! How could a mom do that? If she don't love her,why not giving to adoption instead? There are tons of evidence against her! Don't justice saw that!? If all charges against Casey is acquitted but who is the murderer? There's got to be somebody! WTF is that justice system!? Only Caylee knew the truth...RIP where you are little angel

of course I do NOT mean that all people with seizures have disorders such as confabulation! (Obviously!) Other way around. People with confabulation and similar disorders frequently have a history of brain issues evidenced by abnormal EEG, or history of seizures, history of brain injury or central nervous system infection, etc. There are other kinds of medical disorders, mental illnesses, and drugs that can cause false memory, untrue stories, etc, also

read up on the medical condition called "Confabulation" and other medical / brain / memory issues that can cause people to tell stories that look like compulsive lying. A lot of people who suffer from these disorders also have various kinds of seizures. Casey was known to have a history of seizures and telling unreal stories, but she had no history of violent or cruel behavior or mistreating Caylee. All the witnesses said she would never harm Caylee.

I'm very frustrated too but it's not the jury's fault that the state brought this to trial with no evidence to back up their charges. Unfortunately their doing so ends the possibility of Casey ever being tried again if evidence ever is found that links her to Caylee's death. All they had was suspicion due to her strange stories, but no evidence she was the killer. She could have told the stories for a variety of reasons, for ex, to protect her own life or just due to a brain or mental disorder
