  • yeah you'll forget your ankle was aching and ended up rolling it then your out for another 2 weeks i dont think thats effective training..... sometime i go out with loose ankles and just keep sprain re injure re-sprain and that really isnt good for the body you cant live to your maximum potential if your not in you best condition keeping and injury injured can and will limit you if it becomes that extensive....

    but what they are saying about pushing yourself all aside is still very true
