Weymouth Speed Week 2010 with Team QSW

Team QSW riders Neil Greentree and Steve Chatten take a trip down to Weymouth Dorset and sample a week of speed sailing at the annual Weymouth Speed Week. Big name sailors like Dave White and Ant Baker compete against the clock to log the fastest speed over a 500mtr course. The event is also open to any wind driven craft and some of the machines brought along really make the mind boggle as to how they even work - but then that is the essence of this 30 year old annual gathering of speed junkies from around the world. This year the stars of the show were a hydrofoil boat from Switzerland called 'Mirabaud' and a, well unique design from Jonathan......

Like the vids.. but come on.. do you listen to them?? the sound is consistently terrible throughout most of them. It's either too quiet, too much background noise or too much wind noise. Apart from the sound I enjoy them though ;)
