I tried her mat work and seen results within a week. I tried Spinning, lifted weight, Pilates and ran but the slim look was achived by Tracey's routine. Other routines made me strong but I became bulky. Gwyneth is so slim, then again she is so tall.
Why on earth would you pay someone to make you look lanky and weak? There is nothing wrong with a woman having some strength and muscle. Lifting weights does not make you bulky.
i love paltrow so i wanted to see what see what she does and tracy saying women should never lift more than 3 lbs!!!! are u kidding me if thats all i lifted i would feel so weak Im about to break into training with 30s and im not bulky!
i'm a dancer and I do her mat workout 5 days a week and it's great. Her arm workout is very touch and it really tones your muscles. I'd say goodfoot101 should give those three lb. weights a whirl, not so easy as it sounds! I used to lift weights at the gym but I was starting become too big for my costumes. I think this is a great workout for anyone but particularly a dancer.
Yes, Gwyneth has quite a workout room at her Hamptons house! I'd say the closest you could get to the exotic ceiling bands is working out with Thera Bands. I have them myself but don't use then very often but this video inspires me to take another look . I'd get the cardio workout video too, but my space is only about 5 x 7 ft.
