  • I have made this recipe many many times.. always turns out great... I melt chocolate and drizzle it on the top.. Great recipe

  • I should have watched ALL of this video before embarking on my Italian mother's recipe from her mother, going back about 100 years.But my recipe has no details Her details are just fantastic. I advice watching this entire video TWICE. I goofed abit, but they are still good.

  • Can I use Regular Cooking Oil, instead of Olive Oil?? or Butter? Would it tast or look different?? anybody know???

  • @2cappy52 Hey! When i make my Biscotti, i put in the first batch until they are a dark vanilla cream color usually 15 mins. The second batch i leave in for about 30 mins at a lower temp until they are a little firmer and not so squishy in the middle. Dont leave the cookie in too long, remember they will harden once they are allowed to cool. Hope that helped!
