1. Leg Circuits: Squats, Lunges, Jumps, Squats. Do 10 reps of each exercise with no rest in between.
2. Push-ups: Use perfect form. Head up. Touch your chest and straighten your arms.
3. Windshield Wipers
4. Pull-ups: All the way down, all the way up. If you can't do pull-ups. Then hang from the bar. If you don't have a bar, hang from a low strong branch on a tree. If you don't have a tree, watch the video "OPERATION LEPRECHAUN WARRIOR: I CAN'T DO PULL-UPS YET."
5. Pocahontas: Keep your back straight and don't let your head sag.
Do three sets of all these exercises. Every week you must add repetitions. That is how you will get better, faster, stronger. DO IT NOW!!!
