@pokepika9876 well i suppose i was assuming he did. Because notice that you never see him again after you spare him and in Weavers mansion you fight someone identical to him and he has identical troops.

Even if you spare him he does not betray you. The big dudes that you see are not saker just people that look like him because sometimes you will get two big guys meaning they're definately not saker
