You hate Stella? Well, did you see the end of the episode when she rounds up the whole team to save Adam AND Mac????????? Oh yeah, I realllllllllllly hate her, that selfish bitch.......
I don't think she's telling Mac what to do. She's just presenting another side of the argument. It just so happens that, yeah, she makes a lot of sense -- and I think Mac sees that, which is why he listens to her a lot of the time in the first place, even needs her to be his sounding board.

Nothing. The lab had finance difficulty and thechef fire Adam without saying to Mac. He's angry because he wants to keep adam. Stella say him that she wants to keep him too but the lab finance problem is very important and that they need the new technologie for work.
