@Theivanstacy I'm not lieing, it's the truth and that's why it pisses me off so much it WAS only 50 cents she'd gone over, not 10 dollars. Maybe the bank messed up and charged my sister because they wanted the money I don't know but if she'd gone over 10 dollars then I'd say she's an idiot and her bad but she DIDNT go over 10 dollars, again to just restate, she went over 50 cents I saw the bank statment I PERSONALLY went to the bank with her to talk to a rep. about it. Thats why I was mad.

To the customers of Bank of America (no I'm not one), be advised that when you call them chances are you aren't even speaking with a Bank of America employee. At this moment they outsource to a third entity (yes I used to work for that entity). Be very careful with your information as that entity has severe issues with compliance with federal regulations (yes they've been sued by employees and shareholders alike). I was "let go" because I refused to go along, they are frightening.
