Nunez sold his house. Price: $1,100,000 (Purchase)-(Sell Price) = +$39K Hey, did he walk away with a profit? He held the house since Sep '04--a total of 40 months. $39K/40 = $975 per month. Do you think the payment on his million dollar, interest-only loan, McMansion was $975/month? I'd say he burned around $100K renting his McMansion. "Pretty much everybody is gonna be ok." LOL The Carnes' somehow found a fool to buy their home for $925K(5903 Mountain Hawk). They now live at 1086 Elsbree Ln, paying $640. 'Net Assessment' was $286K--very fishy. All on my site.
The Carnes' have now sold their house on Elsbree. Here is food for thought. They paid the peak price on this house and put it on the market months later. Why? What were they up to?
