You get the half SP item from beating the optional boss in the Heaven Dungeon. Can't remember what the item or boss is called though.

Anyway, in short, Naoto is not the worst teammate in the game, she can deal good phys damage and decent magic damage in boss fights with Mind Charge and almighty spells though she does fall behind the other characters, she can also instantly kill most normal enemies to make the last few dungeons fly by while grinding.

Chie, is the worst character in the game, because Kanji does everything she does better except her galactic punt.

The thing is, 90% of enemies in the game do not resist Almighty.

100% of enemies do not repel, null or absorb Almighty. (Margeret might Null Almighty on certain turns)

The way you are describing stats in Persona 4 is completely wrong. Almighty does not show up as an element because nothing is weak or strong against it. Enemies that take reduced damage from Magic-Almighty have really high Magic Resistance and thus no spells are valid. Phys Almighty will block All Out Attacks.
