I hesitated to make a video of the podcast, but here it is :)

Dear Control Point hosts,
I am a French Team Fortress 2 player and a regular listener of your show, and recently on the 1st of March before the podcast comes out, me and my friends did an experiment on how Team Fortress 2 manages the pyro airblast on baseball balls. Rather than a long explanation, I'd link you to the YouTube video we've made out of it.

Our conclusion is that deflecting balls wasn't quite designed. Which is quite reasonnable as a baseball ball being airblasted have little chance to stun an enemy, and even more unimaginable to kill, as no damage is made out of the ball if it doesn't hit the Scout who threw it. Still, it is possible.
We had hard time to deflect the ball, even if we did that with voice timing and while standing still. But how could a regular player do that in combat?
That was our little experiment, hope you learned something new.
Thanks for reading, and your show is great, it's one of the rare places we can get information about our favourite game differently !
(PS: We don't use to play on CP servers, as we are located in France, we couldn't play right with that kind of cross-Atlantic ping. So forgive us :) )
