Is a prison the idea way to test Agenda 21, i mean every aspect of there life is controlled, yet their is still dysfunction in the prison system,and crime's going on in prison.

Also, look at the middle east or any of the countries that the USA is/or has troops in their country. Point being, the USA, has all the money they want to move the poor locals out of the way, but what is happening? they still cant do it. if that is not a view of how agenda 21 looks in action, then i don't know what is.
