The Koch brothers are genius, really. Demonically genius, but genius nonetheless. They are gathering support from the average Joe because many people are being oppressed by regulation. It's much harder to start businesses from scratch. People with the stature of the Koch brothers can already buy their way out of regulation. Deregulating would put the power to SUE and charge companies that oppress us, all it takes now is to pay off an agency or 2 and they approve laws giving you a niche market.
