i trained in the fairtex gym pattaya last febuary i do mma and went with my friend that does muay thai and that thai dude was there i dnd't know he wason this show

@cenerozzzz yeh thais definitely dont focus or train the hands much and punches dont score highly over there. But you will find that a few top thais have good hands such as sanchai and yodsaenklai

@Viggowildman Countering a guy who uses boxing too much is easy for them, and boxing is like... no points at all in thailand. But yeah, their boxing is almost embarrasing

yes,thais are actually pretty known for their lack of boxing skills,they also have a bit different type of stance,because they dont really wanna box it out,they kick,then switch from the striking distance to the clinch,elbwos,etc..

thats kind of their traditional gameplan you know :D

That lead switch kick from Naruepon is a thing of beauty. I also like that little foot scoop he uses whenever trevor leans in too far and tries to land bombs, it completely throws him off balance.
