when my husband got deployed frg which is family readiness group contacted me all the time and they still do weekly even though hes home now they have girls day out so many events for women and the children, my church even has a program for military spouses. there are so many options for her she just needs to get off her butt.

I been there alone with two kids no family no close friends on the verge of insanity so I make sure I keep a job so the we are not so stressed and I can have a break from being a mommy all day!

Also for the lady, there are lots of deployment systems set up. They offer free childcare and even once a month on the weekends and nights. They will grocery shop for you etc. They are called hearts apart and go to family advocacy. I have strong feelings on contacting the deployed spouse, that will put stress on him, there is NOTHING he can do but call the same agencies I told her, this is how soldiers commit friendly fire and suicide. She should have already been contacted by
