We do have leash laws for dogs and for cats. These people have always ignored the laws & let all their animals run loose. They had a family member who was head of hiring for county civil service (animal control, deputies, teacher aids, etc) so these folks got away with a lot over the years. That's why we decided to invest in the security cameras.

Doesn't your city have a law relating to dogs running loose? Not only is there a mess issue, there is a safety issue here.
