for 99 cents its worth a try lol. What do you have to lose? If you have one already, and enjoy it, then yes. Get some more. I have heard of that brand being good. I need to try it to actually revew it though. Thanks for telling me about it <3 I will add that to my list.

YES!! 99 cent store falls in the same catergory as the dollar stores :) i reccomened LA colors, and any NAME BRAND that they have to sell you. Stay away from brands youve never heard of unless youre buying then for a child <3

I just wanted to add in something that's well known in parenting and budget communities on livejournal. Pregnancy tests from the dollar store are actually better than drugstore tests. They are more sensitive to that hormone that's released. I know that the Trying To Conceive folks raid the dollar stores since they tend to burn through tests.

And $1 sure beats $14 at the drugstore.

The E.L.F brand of makeup brushes sold at the Dollar General near my house aren't too bad. I dont use the foundation or blush or concealer brushes.. but I have two eyeshadow ones that are pretty nice for a dollar. The flat tip eyeliner one though.. isnt worth the dollar but... I use it now for an eyebrow brush.

Carlo di Roma is a spanish brand you can find in Dollar Trees. Of course it´s not the same quality as high end brands cause it´s a "teenage brand", meant for people on a budget, but I used it for years (high-school years :) ) and never had a problem with their products, and the only thing I wouldn´t recommend are the lash mascaras, that dollar you can spare XD but really, their products are OK.

Dollar Store makeup is garbage that is expired and no one else wanted I realise that not everyone can afford high end brands but I would rather save up and buy a decent product that that crap , I AGREE that it is a great place to buy nail files and cotton balls and what not but for skin safety alone dont use the makeup!!!

I recommend you add to your bad list name brand make up such as Maybelline, Loreal and Sally Hanson. These are old products that a vendor has put in new packages that they print and then sell to Dollar Tree. If anyone purchases those lines please call the manufacturer such as Maybelline and find out how old it is before putting it on your face lips and eyes.

Hello just wanted to say that you really know your Dollar Tree product! lol I am a manager for Dollar Tree here in Florida. I heard you mentioning body washes. The best kind to get (when we have it) Is the white rain body wash. The lavender vanilla, and the coconut are pretty decent. Most of the stores now have Oil of Olay body bars! This time of year most DT stores get two trucks a week (instead of one) so expect to see sweet new products on the shelves!
